Storyline:
Now declared legally normal, Norman Bates is released from a mental institution after spending 22 years in prison, despite protests Marion Crane's sister Lila Loomis because he thinks he's still a killer and that the courts indifference to his victims by releasing is a flagrant denial of justice.
